Organizing others is this business’s strength – but in order to continue to grow, they needed to spend some time de-cluttering a little closer to home. We were hired by this group of professional organizers in October 2014, and worked with the company for just over a year.

We helped this company build a strategy around their financials, identifying key performance indicators, creating a pricing model, and adding extra services. Those additional services helped to maximize revenue from existing customers, and create new revenue streams to help grow the business.

In addition, we established a succession plan, identifying potential leaders and providing a clear direction to compliment the organization’s new long-term strategy.

With a clear plan in place, focused resources, and the addition of new services, the company was able to almost double its profits in 2015, growing by 94%.
